Purchasing eBooks
You can purchase eBooks directly from Green Dragon’s website. We offer eBooks for Kindle, Apple Books, and Android Devices. After selecting an eBook you like, add it to the cart and checkout. After your purchase is complete, you will be emailed a download link to your purchase and can start reading. eBook links may take up to 30 minutes to receive. We appreciate and thank you for your business and support.

Credit & Payment Terms
We accept purchase orders from established accounts and most accredited institutions (schools, universities, etc.). If you are ordering with a purchase order, you may fax it to us for immediate action at 1-888-874-8844. Otherwise, we require pre-payment with a check, Discover, Master Card, Visa, or American Express.
Prices & Tax
The prices you see are subject to change without notice and are not binding. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications. Unfortunately, sometimes information is published incorrectly. We will honor pricing and product specifications to the best of our ability but reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to inform you of any product discrepancies before your order is processed.
Taxes are assessed as required by law and will be added to your invoice total at checkout.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
For orders under $100, S&H charges will be as follows:
U.S. only: $8.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Outside the U.S.: $16.00 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book.
For orders $100 and over, S&H charges will be 12% of Net for the U.S. and 20% for non-U.S.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to each individual shipment. Prior to shipping your order, we will notify you of the shipping charges, and that amount will be added to the invoice before shipping.
Returns
Books in their original condition (unmarked, not damaged) may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (net of shipping costs) within 30 days of the shipment date.
The product must be shipped via traceable means with the original packing slip or invoice enclosed. We cannot issue refunds and will return products for items returned to us more than 30 days after the shipment date. If the invoice or packing slip is not enclosed with your return, we will have no obligation to refund or return the product. Please refer to the return address on your packing slip to determine where to return your purchase.
Please note that the return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from our website. It does not apply to books bought at your local bookseller or at another bookseller or retail store.
